Lakshya Capital is run by a lean team of three partners with complementary backgrounds — private equity, institutional equities and industry operating experience.
Chief Executive Officer
Nisarg has 6 years of private equity investing experience across two leading funds — India Resurgence Fund (domestic) and Warburg Pincus (global). He holds a B.Tech from IIT Bombay (Dept. Rank 2), a B.A. in Economics from Mumbai University, and an MBA from The Wharton School, where he was a Palmer Scholar (Top 5%).
Chief Investment Officer
Harses has 9 years of experience in Indian equity markets, doing institutional equities research at JM Financial and subsequently at his promoted firm JMSL, where he advised institutions, family offices and corporates. He has completed his BFM from H.R. College and various programmes on equity investing.
COO and Compliance Officer
Rishi has 7 years of corporate experience at Swan Energy Ltd., working across energy, petrochemicals, textiles, real estate and shipbuilding. He is a CFA charter-holder and completed his B.Com. from Mumbai University.
