Our fund
Lakshya AIF — one portfolio, run with conviction.
We run a single fund. One written process, one concentrated portfolio of Indian businesses we understand deeply — applied the same way in every mood of the market.
Objective
Long-term compounding through a concentrated portfolio of 15–20 quality Indian businesses.
Lakshya AIF is built for investors who want their India equity exposure managed as an owner would — not as an index-hugger, and not as a rotating collection of themes.
We look for businesses with durable economics, honest management and a runway long enough to matter. When we find one at a price we can defend, we size it meaningfully. When we can't, we wait.
That is the entire fund — a small, well-understood book, held patiently, reported honestly.

Is this fund for you?
Lakshya AIF is deliberately not for everyone.
We would rather have fewer, well-aligned investors than a large book of mismatched expectations.
Long-horizon investors
You measure outcomes in years, not quarters, and want your capital compounded — not traded.
Concentration-comfortable
You understand that owning 15–20 businesses with conviction can look different from an index in any given year.
Process over prediction
You value a written, repeatable investment process more than a compelling story about the next quarter.
Transparency-first
You want to see the same portfolio, reasoning and risks the manager sees — in plain language.
A note on performance
We do not publish return figures on this website. Performance, risk statistics and the full factsheet for Lakshya AIF are shared privately with qualifying investors, alongside the SEBI-mandated disclosure documents.
