Who we are
Lakshya Capital Management LLP is the Investment Manager to Lakshya Capital Investment Trust — a SEBI Category III Alternative Investment Fund investing in a concentrated portfolio of quality Indian businesses.
We are a lean team of three founder-partners with complementary backgrounds across private equity, institutional equities and industry operating experience.
Our investment philosophy
Four pillars we don't compromise on.
Defensible business. High-quality partners. Financial prudence. Buy right, hold tight. Every idea must clear each of these before it enters the book.
Defensible business
Large TAM, sustainable moat and dominant share in a niche. We invest only in companies with genuine competitive advantages.
High-quality partners
Governance-first management with clean track records, sound capital allocation and long-term alignment with minority shareholders.
Financial prudence
Sustainable, scalable earnings; strong returns on incremental capital; healthy cash generation; and clean balance sheets.
Buy right, hold tight
Patient diligence, entry only at favourable valuations, and 3–5+ year holding periods. Exits only on thesis, promoter or valuation triggers.
The fund
One portfolio. One written process. Run with conviction.
Lakshya Capital Investment Trust is a single, concentrated Indian-equity fund. We look for businesses with durable economics, honest management and a runway long enough to matter — and hold them for the time it takes to be right.

“We're not trying to be right about the next quarter. We're trying to be right — really right — about a small set of businesses for the next decade. That's a very different job, and it demands a very different temperament.
